DRIVING ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Warrington
Salary: £32,404 per year + bonus
Full Time | Permanent

The Results People are looking for an experienced Driving Account Manager to join our established Driving division in Warrington.

This is a hot desk with an excellent existing client base of 10+ active accounts. There is no requirement for cold calling or new business sales – your focus will be on delivering an outstanding service, developing existing relationships and growing the accounts already in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing 10+ existing driving clients
• Recruiting and managing HGV drivers
• Managing daily and weekly client requirements
• Ensuring strong booking fulfilment and driver availability
• Maintaining driver compliance and documentation
• Building strong relationships with clients and drivers
• Monitoring service levels, attendance and performance
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Working closely with the wider Driving recruitment team

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience within Driving Recruitment would be highly beneficial. You should be organised, confident dealing with clients and drivers, and capable of managing multiple busy accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys account management and service delivery without the pressure of cold sales.
